Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social megatrends to forecast disruptive innovations through 2030
- Develop and communicate future scenarios using AI-driven foresight methodologies
- Lead strategic workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create next-gen solutions
- Author white papers and executive briefings on quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, VCs, and academic researchers
- Translate complex future-state concepts into actionable product roadmaps
- Represent the company at Davos, SXSW, and other high-impact industry forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or R&D leadership at tech-forward organizations
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics modeling, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven ability to influence C-level executives and drive organizational change
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable impact
