Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, and economic domains to identify disruptive forces affecting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks, scenario plans, and innovation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and R&D labs to maintain cutting-edge intelligence
- Translate foresight insights into product development priorities and go-to-market strategies
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 8 years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with demonstrable impact on organizational roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering executive-level foresight briefings
- Published thought leadership in futures thinking or innovation strategy (articles, white papers, books)
