- Present disruptive scenarios to executive stakeholders and investors
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into development pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and industry keynote presentations
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for experimental initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale tech
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (e.g., generative AI, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience leading global innovation initiatives across multiple markets
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry publications
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
