Responsibilities

- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive opportunities across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for multi-stakeholder decision-making
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-proofing into corporate strategy
- Build and lead an innovation incubator program for moonshot projects
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across R&D and product teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in systems thinking, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
