- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align foresight with organizational vision and KPIs
- Produce scenario-planning models for high-impact business decisions
- Drive innovation workshops with global stakeholders to co-create future-ready solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and present at industry foresight forums
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic foresight ROI and adaptation velocity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation conferences
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact matrices)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
