Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 executives to co-create future-ready roadmaps
- Produce actionable trend reports and predictive analytics using proprietary AI-powered platforms
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry panels
- Mentor junior strategists while building a global network of futurist practitioners
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR preferred)
