Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future insights into product development and business strategy
- Build and nurture partnerships with research institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Communicate complex future scenarios through compelling visual narratives and reports
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives in tech or finance sectors
- Strong network within global futurist and innovation communities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented projects
