Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Design strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Develop predictive models for industry transformation and adoption curves
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and investors
- Curate innovation ecosystems and startup scouting programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, AR/VR, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation journals
- Experience with strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
