- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present foresight frameworks at industry summits and publish thought leadership in top-tier publications
- Quantify ROI for futuristic initiatives using predictive analytics and market modeling
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning and trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services generating $50M+ revenue
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend forecasting platforms
- Published author in futures research or innovation strategy (Harvard Business Review/MIT Sloan Review)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF or similar) required
