- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions with 5-10 year horizons
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis or scenario planning documents
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation strategies successfully implemented
