Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026+ market conditions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation initiatives with future-ready capabilities
- Create predictive models for technology adoption and market evolution
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Monitor horizon scanning systems to maintain competitive foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (Web3, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused strategic deliverables
