Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps aligned with global megatrends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on 2026+ market transformations
- Design and manage innovation incubators for breakthrough technologies
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with validated impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
