Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive foresight frameworks for 2026 technology and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce strategic roadmaps and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bio-tech)
- Present future insights to stakeholders and drive adoption of innovation strategies
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Anticipate societal shifts and their implications on business models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio of published future trend analyses or innovation frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight (preferred)
