Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide innovation strategies aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and validating disruptive technologies
- Produce trend analysis reports and scenario planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Drive R&D investments in emerging fields (AI, quantum computing, biotechnology)
- Present future-focused insights to board members and investors
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of implementing successful innovation initiatives
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, innovation management, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
