Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future strategies
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTE, APF) preferred
