Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with transformative potential
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and market validation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure funding and executive buy-in for future-focused initiatives
- Author thought leadership reports and present strategic insights to global stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and track adoption of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep knowledge of AI, IoT, blockchain, and next-gen computing paradigms
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
