Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen sustainable tech solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neural interfaces, climate AI) for strategic alignment
- Collaborate with C-suite to secure $50M+ in R&D funding for 2026 initiatives
- Present future technology frameworks to global investors and regulatory bodies
- Drive innovation sprints with MIT and Stanford research partnerships
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech applications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of scaling R&D budgets >$30M
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on future tech
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar (2020-2023)
- Deep expertise in regulatory compliance for autonomous systems
- Experience managing distributed teams across 3+ continents
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/C++)
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM/Qiskit preferred)
