Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, AI ethics frameworks, etc.)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 5-10 year impact
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Mentor junior talent in emerging technology methodologies
- Drive R&D budget allocation for future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year tech transformation projects
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
- Published thought leadership in technology futures
- Experience scaling global tech initiatives (>$100M projects)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
