- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with corporate vision

- Partner with C-suite to integrate future tech into product roadmaps
- Build and manage an external innovation ecosystem of startups and research labs
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption risks
- Present strategic insights to executive boards and investor committees
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of scaling tech-driven initiatives in Fortune 500
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresighting preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management across global teams
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP-V)
