Responsibilities

- Develop innovation frameworks for R&D pipeline prioritization and resource allocation
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align tech strategy with market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology adoption and implementation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record in developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, IoT
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
- Experience scaling technology teams and managing $50M+ innovation budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
