Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, biotech integration, and autonomous systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with corporate vision
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and oversee vendor/partner ecosystems
- Present strategic frameworks to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Anticipate ethical implications of emerging technologies and develop governance frameworks
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record in launching disruptive tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams and budgets
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (e.g., Nature, IEEE)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
