Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives for 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing emerging tech solutions (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Analyze competitive landscapes and technological disruptions to inform strategic investments
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI adoption and sustainable technology practices
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to source cutting-edge innovations
- Mentor senior technology leaders in future-proofing their departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with 5+ in executive roles
- Proven track record in developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, generative AI, Web3, etc.)
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting (e.g., CFTE, Gartner certification)
- Experience scaling technology operations across global markets
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
