- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and long-term competitive advantage

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or senior R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching disruptive tech products or services
