Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives to enterprise level
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Deep knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and quantum computing architectures
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Experience with patent development and technology commercialization
- Certification in Technology Strategy Management (CTSM) preferred
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
