Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, advanced AI) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype futuristic solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen technology adoption and deployment
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused allocation strategies
- Partner with academic institutions and government bodies on future tech policy development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI development, or climate tech
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization for future-facing products
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis)
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $3M annually
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry publications
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
