Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of scaling innovative technologies to enterprise level
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Strong background in agile methodologies and DevOps practices
