As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll identify paradigm-shifting technologies, assess their commercial viability, and develop actionable implementation plans. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D labs, and venture partners to ensure our organization stays ahead of the innovation curve.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) with disruptive potential
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technological trends into product opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for pilot projects and strategic investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
