- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Conduct foresight analysis on disruptive technologies and regulatory impacts
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints with venture capital-backed startups
- Manage $15M+ R&D portfolio with ROI-focused metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology valuation frameworks
- Clearance for government partnership programs (if applicable)
