Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps with clear milestones and implementation frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and ROI of future-focused initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Strong business acumen with experience translating tech trends into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or Technology Strategy preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused projects or publications
