Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning 2024-2026, aligning with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing pilot programs for next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Establish innovation KPIs and track adoption metrics across organizational units
- Build strategic partnerships with technology startups and research institutions
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- Track record of launching successful innovation initiatives
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic planning preferred
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or energy) a plus
