Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, biotech) for disruptive integration
- Collaborate with C-suite to develop future-proof digital transformation frameworks
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolios, conducting ROI analysis and risk mitigation
- Present strategic visions to executive boards and investors through compelling data narratives
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies and future-proofing principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum, IoT) with published thought leadership
- Executive-level presentation skills with history of securing $10M+ innovation budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business/Technology MBA
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CSF) or technology forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of 2025+ technology initiatives
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments (Series B+ preferred)
