Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI, biotech) to create actionable 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for enterprise clients
- Develop patent strategies for proprietary innovations in sustainability and automation
- Present quarterly tech forecasts to investors and board members with data-driven insights
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects with 5+ year commercial viability
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and quantum computing applications
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy discussions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations with $10M+ revenue impact
- Strong network within Silicon Valley VC and academic research communities
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Experience developing ethical AI governance frameworks
