Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and clean energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Design sustainable tech implementation models aligned with ESG 2030 goals
- Manage $50M+ innovation budgets for experimental technology incubation
- Author thought leadership publications in IEEE and Nature journals
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years in strategic tech planning
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 100 companies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or fusion energy
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants exceeding $20M
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TF) or Horizon Scanning methodologies
- Portfolio of at least three commercialized technologies launched since 2020
