You'll lead horizon-scanning initiatives, competitive intelligence programs, and scenario-planning exercises that will position InnovateNext as a market leader in next-generation technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology foresight framework identifying disruptive trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce strategic reports and executive briefings on technological shifts affecting our industry
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups for early-stage technology scouting
- Design and implement scenario-planning models for market volatility and regulatory changes
- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders with clear ROI projections and risk assessments
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Strong executive communication and presentation abilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Portfolio of published research or strategic frameworks
