Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, quantum-ready software ecosystems designed for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead the integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core product infrastructure.
- Define the technical roadmap for long-term innovation, anticipating trends in AGI and Spatial Computing.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and forward-thinking problem solving.
- Collaborate with product strategists to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Ensure system security, resilience, and ethical AI compliance across all global deployments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in Cloud Native architectures (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-year technical projects with high visibility.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, neural networks, and large language models (LLMs).
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends and their business implications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
