Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Proven track record of scaling systems handling 10M+ concurrent users
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technology ethics or future systems
- Certification in futures thinking methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or government innovation grants
- Fluency in at least one programming language with quantum computing framework experience
