Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in future-tech domains

- Proven experience scaling AI systems with federated learning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of Web3 infrastructure (blockchain, decentralized identity)
- Certification in sustainable IT (e.g., Green IT Professional, LEED AP)
