Responsibilities
- Architect integrated frameworks for 2026-era technologies including quantum neural networks and ambient computing
- Lead cross-functional prototyping initiatives using cutting-edge tools like quantum simulators and neuromorphic processors
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning emerging tech with market disruption timelines
- Establish ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and sentient AI
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and incubate breakthrough innovations
- Present visionary concepts to board members and industry consortiums
- Mentor next-gen engineers in transdisciplinary problem-solving methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- 5+ years leading R&D initiatives in at least two emerging tech domains
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent industry recognition
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and biometric interface design
- Track record of commercializing prototype technologies at scale
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for frontier technologies
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex multi-variable scenarios
- Portfolio showcasing at least three deployed innovations with measurable impact
