Responsibilities
- Architect scalable technology frameworks for 2026 digital ecosystem integration
- Lead horizon scanning of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, etc.)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI-driven automation and human-machine collaboration
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product divisions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation through hackathons and R&D partnerships
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology architecture with 5+ in strategic planning
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management
- Experience with agile development methodologies at scale
- Deep understanding of ethical technology frameworks
- Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
