- Secure $5M+ in innovation funding through grant applications and venture partnerships
- Present technology blueprints to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Drive sustainability initiatives by integrating green tech into product development
- Mentor junior engineers in futuristic development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum, or biotech
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology forecasting methodologies
