Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 innovation horizons
- Lead market research on emerging tech trends (quantum, AR/VR, AGI) and competitive analysis
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on prototyping next-gen solutions
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or platforms
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, spatial computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level executives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE) a plus
