- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, tech talks, and experimental project incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven 2020+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Track record of launching commercialized technologies from concept to market leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
