Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, aligning with business objectives and market trends

- Lead cross-functional R&D projects from concept to prototype validation
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks and technology adoption roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, biotech, sustainable AI, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D budgets and managing complex stakeholder ecosystems
