Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust network infrastructure including cloud and hybrid systems
- Manage enterprise-level cybersecurity protocols and incident response
- Oversee server administration (Windows/Linux) and virtualization environments
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and lead cross-departmental IT projects
- Document system configurations and create disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in IT systems administration with enterprise infrastructure
- Expertise in Active Directory, VMWare, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS)
- Valid CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
