Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology roadmap aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, spatial computing) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technical capabilities into market opportunities
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of innovation initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and influence product development
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with agile resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with proven experience in futuristic tech domains
- Expertise in at least two emerging fields: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or spatial computing
- Strong analytical background with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Track record of launching innovative products with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE)
