- Present technology impact assessments to executive stakeholders and board members
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author thought leadership content on technological disruption and future trends
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for future technology exploration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Proven track record of identifying and scaling emerging technologies
- Expertise in futures thinking methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
