Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in emerging tech adoption (quantum, AR/VR, bioinformatics)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for future tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept validation to MVP launch
- Establish KPIs for technology ROI and sustainability impact metrics
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, CDMP) preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
