- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their strategic implications
- Manage a $2M innovation budget for pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or emerging tech roles (AI, quantum, or biotech focus)
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-transforming initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and innovation landscapes
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
