- Develop competitive advantage frameworks through patent strategy and intellectual property management
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business units
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-ready innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies (AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Deep understanding of technology adoption lifecycle and market disruption patterns
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, etc.)
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
