Responsibilities

- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech opportunities and threats
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling narratives
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and trend forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech areas: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Track record of launching innovative products that disrupted markets
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future tech initiatives successfully commercialized
